Two one-to-one sessions covering practical and emotional preparation for labour and birth.
Full birth support. €2500
Three preparation sessions, support throughout pregnancy by phone and email, on call from two weeks before your due date, in-person support through labour and birth, and two postnatal visits. Includes a closing conversation after the birth (Telegram, WhatsApp, or Google Meet call) to talk through the experience.
Postnatal care. €380
15 hours of in-person postnatal doula care spread across the first month: help with breastfeeding, newborn care, and recovery.
